Fee and Permit Office
The Fee and Permit Office handles issuing and/or collecting the appropriate fees for the following permits:
- Food facilities (including restaurants, grocery stores, schools, mobile food vendors, churches, fire halls, and hospitals)
- Rooming houses
- Boarding homes
- Nursing homes
- Personal care homes
- Hotels
- Motels
- Public swimming pools
- Landfills
Food Permits can now be renewed and paid online.
Fee Schedules
Permit fees vary by category, as well as by the size and type of business. All retail and wholesale food facilities are required to obtain a permit. Please see the Health Department's Food Safety Fee Schedule(PDF, 166KB) (effective 1/1/2024).
