Neil Bowser, NHA, is the Administrator at the Kane McKeesport Community Living Center. He is responsible for directing the day-to-day operations of a 360-bed LTC facility. Kane McKeesport has the most beds in the Kane system and largest number for a skilled-nursing facility in Allegheny County. Neil manages all aspects of the center’s operations, ensuring the residents’ safety and comfort.

Neil has worked within the Kane family since 1985 and as an Administrator since 2012. Previously he worked as a supervisor in Therapeutic Recreation and was the Quality Improvement Coordinator for all 4 Kane Community Living Centers. Neil completed his NHA training at Penn State in 2009. He obtained his BA degree in Therapeutic Recreation Leadership in 1986 and graduated from Penn Trafford High School in 1981. Neil has been an Allegheny County Constable since 1996 in the community of Pitcairn.

He is active in the music program of his church, Pitcairn Assembly of God. Neil resides in Pitcairn with his wife Andrea and sons, Christopher, Nicholas and Nathan. He enjoys going to local sporting events at Gateway High School, PNC Park, Heinz Field, and Consol Energy Center.
