Melissa Barcic, NHA, RN, and WCC, is the Administrator at the Kane Glen Hazel Community Living Center. She is responsible for directing the day-to-day operations of a 255-bed LTC facility. Kane Glen Hazel has two 45-bed behavioral/structural units and a 45-bed memory care unit. Melissa manages all aspects of the center’s operations, ensuring the residents’ safety and comfort.

Melissa started her career as a Kane Scholarship student in 1992. She has worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Registered Nurse, Director of Nursing, and now as a Nursing Home Administrator. She fulfilled her Nursing Home Administrator training while working full-time at Kane as Director of Nursing.
