Nancy is the Chief Nursing Officer charged with overseeing the nursing operations of all 4 Kane Community Living Centers. She has a diverse background in the nursing home business as well as acute care experience. Previous to her position at Kane, Nancy was Director of Nursing at HCR ManorCare for 8 years. She also has worked with Golden Living as a roving Director of Nursing and as a Nursing Home Administrator for a period of time.

On the hospital side, Nancy worked with Allegheny General Hospital in staff development and sub-acute care. She also gained experience at Mercy Hospital in the ICU and CCU.

In addition to her nursing credentials Nancy has a degree in Health Services Administration and a Nursing Home Administrator license.
