Infectious disease data surveilles all infectious reportable conditions, investigates disease outbreaks, and monitors vaccination coverage within the county. This data helps to identify disease clusters, determine at risk populations, assess the burden of disease, monitor trends, and recommend measures to stop disease transmission. School Vaccine Coverage

To ensure that schools in Allegheny County are complying with PA state and county immunization regulations, the Health Department requires all schools to submit the immunization status of their students twice a year. This page has reports on immunization data from schools in Allegheny County.

Sexually Transmitted Infection/HIV Dashboard

This dashboard allows users to explore data about the number of residents in the county who have been diagnosed with sexually transmitted diseases (STI). Data is from 2013-2022 and includes basic demographic information for newly diagnosed cases.
