Chronic Disease Epidemiology

The Chronic Disease Epidemiology section collects, monitors and analyzes data on chronic diseases and other public health-related conditions across the county.

We make our data publicly available in hopes our work can help other Health Department programs, health care professionals, and community organizations formulate plans to help at-risk populations and respond to issues around chronic disease in our community.
