Board of Health meetings now offer public comment virtually by Zoom or phone
Those who register to speak virtually will be emailed instructions the day before the meeting. A valid email and phone number (if applicable) is required.

Do not use this form to file complaints. To file an online complaint, please use the county complaint form to ensure the complaint is correctly acknowledged and processed. To report a public health emergency, please call 412-687-2243.

Please use this form to register your interest in participating and/or providing public comments at upcoming Board of Health meetings or Public Hearings. You must register to present testimony no less than 24 hours in advance of the meeting or public hearing.

  • Testimony is limited to three (3) minutes.
  • If a public hearing is to be held virtually, a separate link will be provided for you to register to participate on Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or other streaming service. You must register with a valid email address to ensure you receive updates and additional information.
  • To submit written testimony, details on how and where to submit written comments are included on the Board of Health Public Meeting Schedule page or the Air Quality Public Comment Notices page.

To request an accommodation to attend or otherwise participate in a public meeting or hearing, please make a request for assistance as far in advance as possible or at least 72 hours before the scheduled meeting.
