Regulation Change in Public Comment through April 23, 2025(PDF, 118KB)

A public hearing for proposed modifications to Allegheny County Health Department Rules and Regulations, Article XXI §2105.21, “Coke Ovens and Coke Oven Gas” has been scheduled for Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at 6:00 pm at:

       ACHD Air Quality
       836 Fulton Street
       Pittsburgh, PA 15233

Persons wishing to speak at the hearing must register using ACHD’s Public Hearing Participation Form, no less than 24 hours in advance of the hearing. Speaker testimony is limited to 3 minutes.

The department will also accept written comments beginning on Monday, March 24, 2025, and concluding at 11:59 pm on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, by mail to:
