Information for Professional Health and Human Service Providers
Working closely with other health professionals to provide care for mothers/birthing persons, babies, and families in Allegheny County is an integral part of what we do. This allows us to identify gaps in care, work collaboratively to improve outcomes, and better meet the needs of families.
Home Visiting Network
The Home Visiting Network is a cooperative effort from the Allegheny County Health Department, Healthy Start Incorporated, and other home visiting agencies throughout Allegheny County. In this space, Home Visitors, Program Administrators, and other Health Professionals from around the county come together to share program updates, engage in Professional Development, and collaborate to illicit positive change in healthcare outcomes.
Our mission is to provide an efficient health care and social support system to families by coordinating resources from existing health programs.
