RFP for Engagement Center, Safe Place to Stay, and Engagement Coordination Teams (Joint RFP with Community Care Behavioral Health)

Community Care Behavioral Health (Community Care) and the Allegheny County Department of Human Services, Office of Behavioral Health, (DHS) sought at least one qualified provider to develop and operate three innovative programs. These programs provide Allegheny County residents living with substance use disorders (SUD) and/or co-occurring disorders, as well as their family and friends, with substance use education, resources, screenings, Level of Care Assessments (LOCA), recovery support and facilitate transition into treatment services.

This is a Community Care Behavioral Health contract. The evaluation process and contract award for this RFP were executed by Community Care Behavioral Health.
