Step 1.Submit an Interest Form

Thank you for being interested in learning more about Allegheny County venues for your upcoming special event. Please complete this form to request additional information about a venue, free weekday ceremonies at the Allegheny County Courthouse, and tours at Hartwood Acres Mansion.

This is not a booking form. Other than requesting a free weekday ceremony at the Courthouse, this form is not used to formally reserve a county venue. Please only complete this form if you're interested in receiving more information.

Step 1.Reservation Requests

Thank you for choosing an Allegheny County Venue for your upcoming event.Reservations can be made up to 18 months prior to the month of the event.

For example, at 12:00 am on November 1, 2024, booking for the entire month of May 2026 opens. On December 1, 2024, all June 2026 dates will open, and each month will follow the same procedure.

To request a reservation, please fill out and submit the form below. Do not submit the form prior to when the booking time frame opens. Only forms submitted after 12:00 am on November 1, 2024 will be considered. Rental hours, terms, rates, and amenities vary by venue.

Step 3.Finalizing a Reservation

Venue reservation requests are generally processed within two business days, on a first-come, first-served basis. Requests for reservation are not valid until the Allegheny County Venues team has confirmed in writing, via email. Venue contracts will be prepared with the information submitted on the reservation form, and are typically issued within one to three business days.
