South Park wave pool update:
Opening for the season on Thursday, July 4, 2024!
Come on in, the water's fine! Allegheny County has wave pools in Boyce, Settlers Cabin, and South Parks, and a large, historic swimming pool at North Park. The North Park Pool also includes a newly-renovated baby pool and splash pad area perfect children of all ages. Make sure to visit the spray parks in Deer Lakes and Round Hill Parks for even more fun this summer.

South Park Wave Pool
The South Park Wave Pool opens for the 2024 season on Thursday, July 4, 2024!
The county recently completed the restoration of the pool, which consisted of extensive structural repairs to the pool walls and floors, a liner which covers the entire interior shell of the wave pool, and replacement of supply line piping, gravity drains, and filter system piping.

Daily: 11:30 am - 7:00 pm
If a pool does not open by 2:00 pm due to inclement weather, it will remain closed for the rest of the day.
Each county pool is subject to operating at the discretion of the facility manager(s).

Outside food and beverages are not permitted within pool areas.
