Disc Golf
Discover the thrill of disc golf, a fun and engaging sport perfect for all players of any age and skill level! Whether a seasoned pro, or new to the game, everyone can enjoy the free Deer Lakes Disc Golf Course, the only disc golf course in the Allegheny County Parks system. The course was designed, created, and is maintained by the Pittsburgh Flying Disc Society (PFDS). The disc golf course is also a host location for tournaments and competitions. It features a front and back nine layout that loop from the Blue Gill parking lot and two practice baskets.

About the Course
This challenging course will test even the most seasoned disc golfer’s ability to shape shots, with high-risk, high reward shot opportunities available on nearly every hole. Gullies, water hazards, and long, thin, wooded fairways are accompanied by more open, hilly, and green fairways, providing some respite from the challenge.
