Braddock Avenue/Kenmawr Avenue Ramp, Nearby Roads Reopen to Traffic

The Department of Public Works announced today that the Braddock Avenue/Kenmawr Avenue ramp, located between Talbot Avenue and Line Street, in Rankin has reopened to traffic. Also, Fleet Street between Maple Way and West Braddock Avenue, Maple Way between Fleet Street and Pattison Avenue, and Line Street have reopened to traffic.

Annual County Christmas Tree Recycling Program Kicks Off December 26

The Allegheny County Parks Department is offering its annual Christmas Tree Recycling Program this holiday season. Residents may drop off Christmas trees from Thursday, December 26, 2024, through Sunday, January 19, 2025, at all nine county parks from 8:00 am until dusk.

Rankin Bridge Ramp, Lane on Kenmawr Avenue in Rankin Reopen to Traffic

The Department of Public Works announced today that a Rankin Bridge ramp (Rankin/Braddock exit) between South Braddock Avenue and Kenmawr Avenue/Braddock Avenue in Rankin has reopened to traffic. A lane closure on Kenmawr Avenue between Carrie Furnace Boulevard and Braddock Avenue has also ended. Those restrictions were required as part of the ongoing Braddock Avenue/Kenmawr Avenue ramp project.
