Kimberly began her career at Allegheny County in March of 2007 as an Auditor for the Controller’s office.  In 2010 she was hired as a Fiscal Officer role at the Allegheny County Health Department (ACHD). In 2015 she was promoted to the Finance Manager at ACHD and in 2020 was promoted to the Deputy Director of Administration at ACHD.

As Deputy Director she oversees Finance, HR, Workforce Development, Contracting, and Building Operations.  She is responsible for all aspects of ACHD budget submissions, human resource activity, contracting activities, and ensuring that all processes are completed with adherence to department or countywide policies and industry best practices.

Kimberly is a 2006 graduate of Robert Morris University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a 2019 graduate of Point Park University with a Master’s in Business Administration.  As a lifelong resident of Allegheny County, she currently resides in Moon Township with her husband, Jim, and 3 boys.
