If you love the great outdoors, join us at Latodami Nature Center! The nature center is 250 acres within North Park’s 3,000+ acres with diverse habitats of fields, wetlands, streams, forests, ponds, and nature trails. Our goal at the nature center is to get people connected to the outdoors through environmental education, stewardship, and citizen science.
We are hiring two Seasonal Nature Aides for summer 2025 to assist us in that goal. Applications are submitted through email. A resume and cover letter are required with the application. The deadline to apply is February 28, 2025. Apply today!

Seasonal Nature Aide
Here's a snapshot of what we do:
- Develop and present interpretive programming in a variety of settings including scheduled park programs, special events, and outreach programs
- Lead groups of volunteers on a variety of projects including trail work, plantings, invasive species removal and park clean-ups
- Conduct and take part in citizen science research to assist Naturalists in better understanding North Park’s flora and fauna
