Administrative Assistant & Special Projects Representative
Jordan Boytim
Jordan Boytim began working for Allegheny County Council in October 2022 as the Council’s Administrative Assistant and Special Projects Representative. In this position, Jordan is responsible for drafting and distributing proclamations, certificates, letters of support, Council’s newsletter, and brochures for the office’s community outreach efforts. Jordan monitors and maintains Council’s social media channels with a focus on disseminating meetings, agendas, and highlighting important County programs and resources. Jordan works with other staff to facilitate the process for vouchers and expense reimbursements. She also works to rectify constituent issues and attends Council’s Regular Meetings.
Jordan is a Summa Cum Laude graduate from Slippery Rock University, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science with a major in Public Health and minor in Business Administration.
