Deputy Warden of Programs and Services

Connie Clark 

Connie Clark was promoted to Deputy Warden of Programs and Services in February 2025. She previously served as Assistant Deputy Warden since March 2023.

Clark joined the jail as the Administrator of Alternative Housing and Diversion in 2013 following 13 years of employment in community corrections. She was promoted to Administrator of Re-integrative Services in 2021.

She is a member of the Pennsylvania Prison Wardens Association and the Pennsylvania County Corrections Association.

Assistant Deputy Clark graduated from West Mifflin High School and earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from the College of Charleston.
