Pick-Up Procedure

An incarcerated individual's personal property can only be picked up after following the proper procedures.

Who Can Pick-Up Personal Property

Only family members can pick up an incarcerated individual’s personal property (i.e. wallet, keys).

Note: The incarcerated individual must authorize the pick-up.

Call and Pick-Up Times

Once you are authorized to pick up the property.

  • Call 412-350-2267 between 8:00 am and 10:00 am on the day you are coming.
  • Pick up will be in the front lobby between 1:45 pm and 2:00 pm that same day.
