ACHD now publishes some public notices directly online. You can receive email notification of these public notices directly from the Allegheny County Bureau of Environmental Health. Please complete this form to subscribe to the notices you would like to receive.

Persons wishing to speak at the hearing must register using ACHD’s Public Hearing Participation Form. You must register no less than 24 hours in advance of the hearing, and testimony is limited to 3 minutes. If no one has registered by Monday, April 15, 2024, the hearing will be cancelled and notice of cancellation will be posted here.
The Department will also accept written comments beginning on Thursday, March 14, 2024, and concluding at 11:59 PM on Thursday, April 18, 2024, by mail to:
