DHS offers support for providers to identify resources for the people they serve through the DHS Information and Referral Desk.

Providers that are interested in offering additional, non-government-funded services to their consumers may find appropriate options through DHS. 

DHS supports a variety of data-gathering/retention applications to provide information for planning and outcomes purposes.  These applications are secure and password-protected.

DHS takes the confidentiality of the individuals we serve seriously. Documentation related to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) is provided for general use.
