State of Human Services

Erin Dalton, Director of Allegheny County Department of Human Services, will present key updates related to four high-priority areas. Each session will include a 20-minute presentation, followed by a 40-minute moderated Q&A. You are welcome to attend one, several, or all sessions—each will cover unique content. Sessions will also be recorded and shared for those who cannot attend live.

Opioid Settlement Funds

On August 31, 2022, Allegheny County received its first payment related to the settlement of litigation against manufacturers, distributors, and associated consultants for the opioid industry. The litigation settlement will yield $82 million in total payouts to Allegheny County through December 2038.
